General Questions
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
Appointments are not required but are geatly appreciated. We serve our walk-in customers on a first come first served basis, so scheduling an appointment is highly recommended and can be done easily through our online form, located here.
How do I get a repair estimate?
Bring your vehicle to our store for damage repair estimates during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM. To schedule your estimate appointment online, please click here. You can also schedule an estimate appointment by phone by calling (801) 397-3733.
What are your hours?
For your convenience, we are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM. We perform estimates and repairs during these hours. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you perform state inspections and routine maintenance?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer state safety and emissions inspections or routine vehicle maintenance. We focus on repairs related to collision damage. Where do I start after I've been in an auto accident?

Will parts need to be ordered?

Can you match my original paint color?

What if my vehicle is a total loss?
Sometimes an accident leaves a vehicle economically unrepairable. We can help with an estimate and work with your insurance company to determine the cost of repair compared to the value of your car.
How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Since every accident and collision repair job is unique, it is difficult to give a proper repair time estimate. What forms of payment are accepted?

Do you work with insurance?

Will a rental be arranged for me?
We have rental vehicles through Hertz on site, we will work with you whether you have rentals included in your insurance or not. Our vehicles range from sub-compacts to full-size SUV's.
